Nano banana pro prompts that actually work
Nano banana pro prompts that work: a short brief, pasteable blocks for type, product, edits, and labels, plus what to fix when letters go mushy.

People search nano banana pro prompts because the last one came back generic, or the letters on the poster were mush. Nano Banana Pro is Gemini 3 Pro Image. It thinks before it draws. A short brief works. A tag dump does not.
The ranking pages for this phrase are prompt files: a structure, then pasteable jobs. This is that, for Omnely Image. Specs live on the Nano Banana Pro page.
The brief ranking pages keep repeating
Google and the template posts break a prompt into a production brief, not a moodboard. Write only the lines the shot needs:
- Who or what, and how many
- Where, time of day
- Lens and light (85mm, north window)
- Finish (photoreal, editorial, flat illustration)
- Exact text in quotes, and what must not appear
If type is in the frame, put the words in quotes and say where they sit. That is the main reason to use Nano Banana Pro instead of a faster 1K model.
A [shot] of [subject], [pose], in [place].
Light: [key + fill].
Camera: [focal length], [angle].
Finish: [photoreal / editorial / illustration].
Type: "[exact line]" on [surface], sharp.
Leave out: [watermarks, extra logos, busy background].
Keep the quoted line short. A paragraph inside the image will not survive.
Nano banana pro prompts that hold
Type, 4:5
A cream cotton tote on a wooden bench, overcast daylight, 50mm, photoreal.
Centered printed wordmark in black: "HARBOR CO-OP".
Letters sharp, even spacing, no extra tagline, no fake care icons.

If the letters come back mushy, cut the copy in half. Name the family (sans, serif, condensed). Do not ask for a paragraph. Do not name a commercial foundry.
Try this nano banana pro prompt in Image. Pick Nano Banana Pro, ratio 4:5, 2K. Look at the letters at 100% before you care about the bench.
Product, 1:1
3/4 product photo of a matte black wireless headphone on a pale limestone slab.
Soft north-window light, one small shadow under the cups, no blown speculars.
85mm, eye-level, shallow depth of field, photoreal.
Headband has no logo. Background almost empty.

If Nano Banana Pro invents a logo, say “no logo” again or upload the real product as a reference (up to 14 images; up to 6 objects).
Labels on a diagram
Top-down pour-over on a white table, editorial illustration, even light.
Four black labels, fully spelled: "1 Kettle", "2 Filter", "3 Bloom", "4 Drawdown".
Wide margins. No 6pt type. No misspellings.

Numbered labels fail when you let the model invent the words. Write them. Spell them.
Edit the still you already have
Upload it. Describe the change. Do not re-prompt the whole picture unless you want a new one.
Keep the same kitchen and the same person.
Replace the red kettle with a brushed-steel gooseneck.
Keep the window light. Do not touch the cabinets or the floor.
Edits fail when the prompt restates the whole original scene. Say what changes. Say what stays. Image is the same box for generate and edit.
Same face, new scene
Upload the face first (up to 5 people). Then prompt. Do not describe a different face in the text.
Same person as the reference photos. Three-quarter view, olive field jacket,
hands in pockets, late-afternoon street.
Match face, hair, and age. Photoreal, 85mm, real skin texture.
Do not add jewelry or tattoos that are not in the references.
If the face drifts: crop the refs tighter, simplify the background, repeat “match the reference photos exactly,” and do not add a second person in the same pass.
When nano banana pro prompts fail
Muddy type. Too many words, too small, or a script face. Cut the line. Go sans. Say “large title, small deck, nothing else.”
Plastic skin. You asked for photoreal and also “beauty lighting, flawless.” Pick one. “Real skin texture, no beauty filter.”
Extra fingers, extra logos. Crop tighter, or say “hands in pockets” / “no logos, no watermarks.”
The second half of the prompt vanished. The first sentence already described a complete picture. Split it. Run a wider shot, then edit.
It looks like every other AI interior. You listed “cinematic, volumetric, luxury, 8k.” Delete that. Name one room and one time of day.
Keyword soup fights the thinking pass. ultra sharp artstation trending is not a brief. Named camera bodies and film stocks rarely help. Lens and light do.
This is stills. Motion is a video model, in Video, not a longer image prompt.
Community, then your own brief
On Image there is a Community tab next to Generations. Other people’s Nano Banana Pro gens. Use it as a moodboard: ratio, lighting, how much type they attempted. Then go back to the box, pick Nano Banana Pro yourself, paste one of the blocks above.
Do not scrape a caption and hit generate. Tutorials on that page still say soon. Do not wait on them.
Try Nano Banana Pro on Omnely Image. Paste a block. If it works, save the brief.
